in june 2007, the new buliding of chongqing library was opened. it covers an area of 30000 square meters, building area of more than 50000 square meters. in 2009, chongqing library took the lead in western china in the implementation of free open to the public. the library constantly innovates the service mode, introduces the our self-service system, and effectively improves the modern service level.
